Ordering & Shipping
Q. When will my order ship?
Each candle is carefully hand-poured and prepared just for you. Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. During peak times, it may take a little longer—but we’ll always keep you informed every step of the way.
Q. How long does delivery take after my order ships?
You can choose from two shipping options at checkout:
- Economy Shipping: Estimated 5–8 business days after dispatch.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch.
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Q. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Enjoy free U.S. shipping on orders over $75. For orders below that amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the U.S. only—but we’re working to bring ApoThera to more corners of the world soon. Stay connected for updates!
Q. Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations, including changes to products, personal information, or shipping address. Please review your order carefully before checking out.
Q. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot change it after the order is placed.
Q. What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
Once your order ships, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, we kindly ask that you contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
Products & Ingredients
Q. What wax do you use in your candles?
Our candles are made with Coconut Soy Wax—a clean-burning, paraffin-free, and sustainable blend that creates a smooth, even burn.
Q. How strong are your candle scents?
Our fragrances are designed to be balanced and soothing, gently filling your space without overwhelming it. Perfect for quiet moments, mindful rituals, and emotional resets.
Using & Caring for Your Candle
Q. How can I get the best burn from my candle?
- Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each lighting for a clean, steady flame.
- Let the wax fully melt to the edges during the first burn to prevent tunneling.
- Limit each burn to 4 hours and place your candle on a heat-resistant surface.
- Remember: The container may become hot during use—allow it to cool before handling.

Q. Is the container reusable?
Yes! We believe in sustainability and second chances. Once your candle is complete, repurpose the vessel as a small planter, pen holder, or a keepsake jar—whatever brings a little more beauty to your space.
Returns & Exchanges
Q. Can I return or exchange my candle?
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for used candles or for reasons related to scent preference.
Q. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us at support@apothera.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll review the details promptly and inform you of the next steps.

Q. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Our ApoThera Digital Gift Cards are perfect for birthdays, celebrations, or simply sending a moment of care. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, but they never expire—use them whenever you’re ready for a moment of calm.
